I am a faithful Dr. Oz fan. This recipe is adapted from his show and has proven to be a winner in our house. Try it on your friends and see if they can guess the secret ingredient. Don't tell them they are low in fat, and high in fiber and protein. They are a real treat!

Grandma (my mom) has been making these cookies for my boys since they were born, 19 and 20 years ago. They are healthy and flour -free. They also freeze well. The boys are purests and like them with just chocolate chips but I have made them with M&M"s, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, raisins and several different kinds of nuts. Enjoy them your way, just remember not to overbake!
